Safety Policy Summary

Bonding and Insurance

A General Contractor’s Bond rate allows Architects/Owners/Municipalities the ability to calculate overhead cost to the General Contractor versus the hard or actual Construction Cost which may be a determining factor in “low bidder” when the total Out of Pocket expense is determined by them. Bond rates are contingent upon Project Size and Duration.

TBC will provide their Bond Rate Information upon request.

TBC Commercial’s General Liability Insurance Certificate assures the Owner that the Company maintains more than adequate Liability and Employee Insurance Benefits and Protection which will “cover” any emergency or accident during construction. The Limits of Liability will help Owner’s to qualify whether a contractor’s protection of the owner’s assets is adequate against project damage, job accident or injury claims, or in the event of building and material losses due to severe weather.

TBC will provide Project Specific Coverage upon Project Award. A copy of our Current Certificate is provided for informational purposes only. Limits can be raised to meet any project requirement.
